Christian is responsible for the oversight and management of the Property Management Team and support roles. Christian works
directly with the Assistant Property Manager throughout the Leasing process to provide a“final review” and feedback for each application. Christian is also responsible for resolving major tenant concerns, ensuring the maintenance team is running efficiently and effectively, and coordinating team members to cover operational tasks for Zenith Property Group.
Gabe is Zenith Property Group's licensed Property Manager. He is responsible for regular communication with current tenants, assisting them with questions and concerns regarding their stay with us. Gabe works closely with the Leasing Agent to ensure quality applicants are vetted and approved for tenancy at our properties. Gabe also coordinates with the Project Manager / Maintenance Supervisor, Matthew, for resolutions to tenant and property concerns. Gabe reports directly to the Property Manager in Charge.
Matthew manages renovations, tenant improvements, and unit turns for the properties which Zenith Property Group is managing. He is also responsible for coordinating contractors for tenant maintenance requests, ensuring they are handled expeditiously and effectively. He works closely with the Property Manager to ensure our properties are well-maintained. Matthew reports directly to the Property Manager in Charge.
Vika is responsible for the intake of prospective tenants including completing pre-screening, scheduling showings, reviewing applications, preparing leases, and maintaining communication with the prospect/applicant throughout the process. Vika regularly communicates with prospects to receive feedback throughout tenant placement process and ensures a timely and complete application is submitted and reviewed in order to avoid delays in approval. She is our go-to for all things Leasing related and reports directly to the Property Manager in Charge.
Caleb is the Zenith Property Group bookkeeper/administrator. He is responsible for preparing financial reports for Zenith Property Group and its clients, as well as ensuring accurate accounting is performed for all properties and tenants. He also works closely with the Property Manager, Gabe. Caleb reports directly to the Property Manager in Charge.

We have the following as standard, minimum requirements for renting:
If you do not meet our minimum qualifications, you may still be approved, but it will be on a case-by-case basis. There are also typically additional requirements put in place if you do not meet one or more of our standard requirements. For example, a credit score below our minimum requirement may require an additional Security Deposit or a slightly higher rent charge per month.
Management reserves the right to deny any application for tenancy which does not meet the minimum requirements.
You will be required to pay your first month's rent (or pro-rated rent), an Administrative Fee ($260), and your Security Deposit (typically equal to one
month's rent) prior to receiving your keys to move in.
